My focus for this picture was contouring for the face.
I think what I have is good, but I will keep practicing!
I need to figure out where I want my highlights and how bold I want them.
This will be a trial and error process and I go on!

@SockChi I envy your ability to blend. It takes courage to have big contrasts in highlights and shadows. I have learned sometimes I don't do enough.

Thank you so very much!!
I donβt usually contour the face because Iβm usually unhappy with how it turns out.
Thatβs usually why I would stick to blush, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and adding eyelashes.
I think itβs usually the nose that holds me back. All of my times prior, I didnβt like the end result.
This time I used colors that were very close to each other.

I usually avoid contouring the face for that reason! π
I spent a lot of time focusing on it this time!!!
By trial and error, I realized the colors I used prior were not close enough so I never liked it. Thus I never added it to my picturesβ¦
I love the concept of adding some light/shadows in a picture!!!
It can take a 2D image and elevate it to a 3D because it adds depth.
I have been making blending a focus for a few months.
Each time I try to expand my focus. I started small
