No intro for today. Lately itโs felt extremely hard to be a female in this environment we live in. I feel like I donโt have the perfect body because Iโm not like those perfect girls on Social Media. Being a female provides less rights, therefore less freedom. Being a female provides constantly being at each otherโs throats, and we will always be on someoneโs bad side, even if you did nothing wrong. Guys donโt understand being a girl can feel like a curse sometimes. I do want to know-

1 year ago- if you feel the same as me. I miss being able to look in the mirror and make silly faces instead of trying to part my hair a different way to make my face look flattering. Or put on mascara because my eyelashes arenโt long enough, and I feel insecure without it.

1 year agoWe should be able to love our bodies instead of trying to fix it, because no one should have to go through the things we do. We should be able to have a conversation without thinking, do they think Iโm pretty? Do they think Iโm ugly? Itโs a nonstop cycle, from the minute you wake up, till the minute you go to sleep.

1 year agoAmazing CHaRLEY! And yes, that is so true. I try to explain things in my family and the boys just donโt understand- itโs hard also because like you said Iโm not perfect like the girls on social media, but thatโs ok. Iโm the way God made me and sometimes that can be hard for me to remember because I always wanna look so good for everyone else and not just myself. Girls deserve more rights and care from everyone around the world. I hate how ppl just abuse and hurt girls just because they are girls

1 year agoAs a girl myself itโs hard for me to think Iโll be safe as a girl alone. I always tell my mom, โI donโt want to go out by my self.โ If she asks me to walk our dog. I mean, you might think thatโs weird but itโs true. Girls are getting taken for no reason. Ppl just feel like taking girls for no reason and itโs just not right. Thanks for posting this Charely. It really needs to be known to other ppl.

And yes, I donโt know why but if anyone asks me to go out for a walk by myself I just instantly get scared. I do also live in a very very safe neighborhood but your right, I also feel too scared to go out by myself. ๐

1 year agoI feel that way all the time! I had really bad acne in middle school ~ itโs better now ~ but I wasnโt allowed to wear makeup and I kinda got super shy bc I thought everyone was judging me and like I just felt like I was worth less than the other girls bc I didnโt look the same as they did
And I hate that society makes it seem like girls HAVE to wear makeup to be pretty and that like thereโs only one body shape thatโs considered pretty cuz thatโs completely not true

1 year agounderstand and they take girls for granted a lot of the time or they assume that all girls are great cooks and stuff. And there are so many double standards in this world I hate it so muchhh
Women in the past (Iโm obsessed with history ๐) fought so hard for rights and they made a lot of change in a century but I feel like that change has been halted and there are men trying to decide whatโs best for women and that just isnโt right

1 year agoPREACH ๐ฃ SISTER PREACH ๐ฃ all of this is so true we get things rights taken away, we get taken for no reason, body shaming, and more guys take girls for granted and they think that being a girl is easy like itโs not and then you feel as if you canโt saying anything to anyone bc your gonna be judged by others a nd society they always say โprotect your daughters, EDUCATE YOUR SONS ๐ฃ๐ค๐โ Itโs not fair girls get treated like this if only boys understand what weโre going and not only most boys (limit)

1 year agoIt is horrid. I watched the news tonight and they talked about tracking women to see if they go out of state. They are going to challenge birth control next ... this is going to be a disaster.
