I have a suggestion for the RLS- because I suffer from it as well. I found an essential oil. The company is Young Living - the oil is Aroma Siez. I put some on my calf ( that’s where my rls begins) and it has calmed it down to where I hardly have it anymore. This oil is therapeutic grade and the formula is patented so it’s the only one I would use - and it works ‼️ Beautiful ocean ✨

Another masterpiece, my friend@Nysakasam . I found another area that we share, as I, too, suffer from Restless Legs!!!!!! I’ve told you about my car accident, so I blame everything on that. I suffered a concussion in the accident, and my entire body used to jump, even in a body cast. However, now I have them went I get too tired. But, I’m happy to be here to meet you, Ed, your 93 year old aunt, and your sister🤗💕

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 for Carol.🩷. I’m sure that is miserable. Your ocean is beautiful. This reminds me of when I was on The North Shore of Oahu quite a few years ago and the crashing waves were tremendous and awe-inspiring.

I, too, was blessed to go to Oahu for my 20th anniversary present. We went in the fall of 1998. Flew Air Force out of San Francisco, but came home on a commercial flight. We stayed at three different military recreation spots, the best was on Kaneohe Bay. ❤️😊
