What a gorgeous red and white bird, Cyndee. Fantastic coloring! It truly is a beautiful bird but the folks who posted it as a long wattled umbrellabird in Pinterest have badly mislabeled it. The umbrellabird is totally black with a long wattle extending from its neck. This lovely bird resembles the New World barbets, plump birds with short necks and large heads. Their name comes from the bristles that fringe their heavy bills. Thank you for sharing it and for joining the Beautiful Bird Challenge
